Ordering

Ordering online (with a credit card)

To order titles online, you will need a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Please contact Customer Services if you have a problem placing your order or you would like to change or cancel it.

If you live in the European Union and are not registered for VAT we are required to charge VAT at the rate applicable in your country of residence.

If you are registered for VAT please contact Customer Services before placing your order to ensure that your VAT number has been supplied as part of your registration details.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes. However, visitors from North America placing orders due for domestic delivery should use the North American website to take advantage of the faster delivery times.

  

Delivery times & charges

For delivery within the UK

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail or DPD. They both aim to deliver within 7 days following the date of despatch.

Delivery charge per order: £3.50

For delivery outside of the UK

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail International. They aim to deliver within the following timescales following the date of despatch:

Western Europe - within 14 working days - surface mail
Western Europe - within 7 working days - airmail
Rest of Europe - within 21 working days - surface mail
Rest of Europe - within 7 working days - airmail
Rest of World - within 28 working days - surface mail
Rest of World - within 14 working days - airmail

Surface mail charge per order: £ 3.50
Air mail charge per order: £3.50 per order + £3.50 per item

  

What if I need to return my order?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us (with the accompanying invoice) in good condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund.

Returns policy

When you return a Product to us:

  • (a) if you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  • (b) if for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
